HONESTY

Within AI Infrastructures, it is absolutely forbidden to LIE.

Lying to your colleagues, your superiors, yourself, or your clients is unacceptable and is considered a sign of absolute weakness and cowardice.

Any form of lying, silence, exaggeration is considered a sign of lack of honesty and therefore is considered moral betrayal.

Small or large, moral betrayal leads to instant dismissal with no possibility of rejoining the team.

Since our 3rd value is Personal Training, errors due to lack of experience or competence are readily accepted and requested; errors of repetition or lack of responsibility are a red flag.

AMBITION

Both AI Infrastructures and each of its members have personal and business goals so ambitious they are sometimes considered stupid and unattainable by those outside our organization.

Every task, project, or department must be managed as if it were their own company. This means that when submitting work to a superior for review, this work must be delivered with the intention of being published, not reviewed.

Since each member is completely responsible for their actions and their work, AI Infrastructures is a company built on trust.

If team member A states that the fact is X, team member B will not double-check if the fact is actually X or Y, but will take what member A stated as true and rely on it to perform their role.

Furthermore, AI Infrastructures is an organization where negativity flows from the bottom up, positivity flows horizontally and downwards.

When a member with superior power orders a command, the subordinate is obligated to execute the command even without explanations or justifications from their superior.

AI Infrastructures is against any type of activity that does not yield a greater return in the long, medium, or short term. This type of activity is defined as "Instant Gratification" and is a banned activity within AI Infrastructures.
